BOOKING CONDITIONS
We will hold the accommodation arrangements for 24 hours while you arrange flights ect... if this time elapses then the booking becomes void.When the booking and flight have been arranged and flight details have been given. The booking will be confirmed by e-mail together with the total cost of the accommodation (and transport costs if you required the service).
A deposit of 20% of total price is required to hold the reservation for the holiday. The balance is payable on arrival. If paying by credit or debit card the total amount will be charged at that days Euro rate. (the full balance can be paid on line earlier if preferred).
Prices are for each property per week in Euros.
Shorter or longer period rates available on request.
